Hiring Chris to be my trainer has been a great decision. I've only been working out with him for just over a month, but I can already see myself getting stronger and more fit. I was really out of shape and had some medical issues. Chris has been great at modifying exercises for me so I can do the workout, but still keep it challenging. He changes the workout each time so you don't get bored, but there is still some repetition of exercises so you can see your progress. Very friendly guy and a great workout. Couldn't be happier!

Before the COVID period I would meet Chris early mornings two days a week at my clubhouse fitness center. That worked very well. However since COVID, I set up my basement with a few essential pieces of equipment and a few repurposed items that help me in my workout routine. Now I go downstairs on those mornings, Chris promptly calls through Facebook Live.
We then have an efficient workout without leaving my home. Chris Taylor's the workouts to your needs as well as what your body might be telling you.
All and all, I need a trainer on my side for accountability and Chris certainly makes me accountable.

I was referred to Chris by my friend. I noticed all the progress she was making while training with Chris, so I decided to try it out. I absolutely love the way he trains. So, it's only been my second session, but I can already tell I will be sticking with our sessions for a long time! I felt really comfortable with Chris when we spoke on the phone before booking our sessions (which is what ultimately made my decision - if I'm comfortable with someone, that helps so much). Our first session came and I knew I made the right choice! It was comfortable, yet still challenging enough to keep you engaged. He checked in to see if I ate breakfast (which I really appreciate) and stays in touch between sessions. Like I said, only my second session, but I already know there will be SO many more!
